Luna at 3mo.
LUNA
DOB: May 31, 2007
Color: Chocolate Palomino
Height: will mature to 15+hh
Luna - Luna is out of Mr. Edsel’s
beautiful palomino Quarter Horse mare Skipper Dee Lite and
Lake Nowhere Stonewall Jackson. Luna was born on the farm
May 31, 2007 when there was a full moon. And since Mr. Edsel
wanted a “Spanish” name, Luna was the obvious
choice. Luna was imprinted at birth, and was sorrel at that
time. She has now decided to become a chocolate palomino!
Luna has been a joy to work with and comes when you call
her. You can halter her anywhere and pick her feet up without
being haltered in the pasture. She is a sweetie and loves
attention. Luna has a big quarter type rear-end and is gaited.
We look forward to seeing what her first schooling brings
out in her.
Will be registered with NASMA.
SOLD! Congratulations
to BAR J RANCH on their purchase
of Luna.

LAVERNE
and SHIRLEY
AGE: 6YRS.OLD
Color: Iron Grey / Dappled
Height: 16.3 hh
Laverne and Shirley-
*** A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO BUY YOUR NEXT
TEAM! ***
This is your opportunity to own a flawless
team of 6 year old molly mules. Laverne and Shirley are
half sisters out of Percheron mares and a black Mammoth
jack. They stand a solid 16.3hh. We were never teamsters
until we moved here. Our first team a brother and sister
Haflinger team, Buck and Dolly taught us. They were great,
and within a week of owning them we had them in a parade.
But, since we were leaning more toward larger breeds of
drafts and mules, we felt it was time to “walk the
walk” and get a draft mule team. Laverne and Shirley
came to us out of Mississippi, and they have been a “dream
team”. They look like peas in a pod when shed off
in the spring. In winter, Shirley gets much whiter than
Laverne. These girls are “dead broke” and booger
at nothing. We drive them into town and park them while
we eat lunch. They just stand there and watch the world
go by. The man that had them in Ol’ Miss would drive
them through the McDonald’s drive - thru! We would
not be selling them except that we became team heavy, and
Pam and Sue, the 18.2hh Belgians are now our primary team
and we can breed them. Can’t breed those mollies!
So, if you are interested in an outstanding driving team
(we have never ridden them, and we do not “pull”
with any of our animals), please contact us.
Price for Laverne and Shirley is $12,000.00 FIRM
SOLD! Congratulations
to the Stults Family of West Point, TN
on their purchase of
Laverne and Shirley.
